Old Orchard Nissan - Service Center

I got my regular maintenance oil and tire rotation. When I got in my vehicle I noticed a part on the passenger seat. I called them when I got home and text them a picture of the part. I was told it was my radio antenna that they took off when they washed my car. Well it should have been put back on after they washed my car. He said I could come back and they could put it on. I told him that was a great inconvenience . I could not put it on because it was at the top of my car and I'm not tall enough to do it . So I had to get a step ladder and put on my self. In order come back it would have taken me 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back. I was very irritated by this incident. More

There was frustration from the rep that wasn’t directed at me because my vehicle is a fleet vehicle. Fleet transactions are a hassle to get approved. That vibe was clearly felt for me as a client.
