I will Never buy a car from anywhere else! ! Old Orchard Nissan is the absolute best.. I had a very nice and informative conversation with Willie... And went back and spoke with service manager ! Poor, poor service. I would never take my car back there again. My appointment was for 7:00am and I went to pick it up at 3:00pm and they never touched it. He claimed th I would never take my car back there again. My appointment was for 7:00am and I went to pick it up at 3:00pm and they never touched it. He claimed that the warranty company never called him back, but he didn't call until 12:00 noon. Also, I needed brakes, so they could have worked on that at least, because brakes is not covered under warranty. It's a pity I couldn't give 0 star, because that is what they deserve. More
