The only saving grace of this dealership is their service department. Which is moot, because the management and sales departments give very little care to their patrons once the vehicle is sold. Awful communication and coordination. I can only hope they improve.

Malcolm, I see you purchased your vehicle in August of 2020 with 72,000 miles. Prior to you buying the car, we did replace the rear brakes during our used car inspection. I have not had the opportunity to discuss this with you and this is the first time I have heard of any of your concerns. I see your most recent service visit shows you now have 98,000 miles on the vehicle. I would love the opportunity to discuss what your concerns are about the brakes 30 months and 26,000 miles later.
