Making things right. Originally the dealership had made a mistake and sold a vehicle on us. How ever they made things right by helping find the right vehicle for us. The folks there really did a great job at making the best of the situation. They really went the extra mile to make us as a customer happy. Terrible service After purchasing a vehicle from them. It didn't make it 30 miles before check engine light came on. Contacted dealership a minimum of 10 times and eve After purchasing a vehicle from them. It didn't make it 30 miles before check engine light came on. Contacted dealership a minimum of 10 times and every time everyone was so busy they forgot to return my call. So I sat with a broken vehicle for a week with no support. I finally became upset enough that I decided to just wash my hands of them and brought it to a local mechanic. I've owned it for 3 weeks and stuck hundreds of dollars into repairing it. I will never recommend this dealership based on how unimportant my business is. More
