Beyond frustrated! Our family purchased a vehicle at Olivia Chrysler Center on April 29, 2017. We thought it had all gone well until we received a call from the bank tha Our family purchased a vehicle at Olivia Chrysler Center on April 29, 2017. We thought it had all gone well until we received a call from the bank that held the loan on the vehicle we traded in saying that our loan was past due. We called the dealership the next day and were told that it was not their fault and due to circumstances beyond their control but they would make sure it was taken care of right away. Every day since we have been told everything would be taken care of right away. We are now 9 days later and the temporary license plates that we were given expire today. We were told up to 2pm today when we called to get the tracking number, that the new plates were overnighted to us and we would be receiving them. At 2, they finally admitted that they hadn't been taken care of and they would definitely be done on Monday. Does this mean we have to forgo all our weekend plans and walk to work until they decide to get and send our plates? Beyond frustrated! More
