Bruce and the guys should be ashamed of themselves. I received the estimate yesterday for my wife's Nissan, which needed a simple gas cap door latch replacement, as it wasn't shutting the gas cap door I received the estimate yesterday for my wife's Nissan, which needed a simple gas cap door latch replacement, as it wasn't shutting the gas cap door over the gas cap. A $200 diagnostic and a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR part for a latch for a gas door? COME ON. And then you said she needs all four new tires and so the quote was a cool $1300. Just SICK and DEPRAVED. I checked her tires and two of them are just fine with enough tread on them to last a while. She CERTAINLY doesn’t need all four. Be that as it may, what an utterly wasteful trip and amount of time to find out that you were prepared to commit highway robbery against my wife for a simple gas door latch. DESPICABLE. Then we get an email from them thanking us for our loyalty. The diagnostic fee of $200 was NOT announced beforehand, and this was just SICK. More
