My new 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line is big change from previous car trailhawk Jeep. Similar is price for new and old car. Tiguan is lighter easier to maneuver. Onion Creek in June 17th this year, for 19 days kept our car when they knew they had no certified technicians to handle a e-golf. And instead of telling us the truth and sending the car to be properly inspe car when they knew they had no certified technicians to handle a e-golf. And instead of telling us the truth and sending the car to be properly inspected they replaced a small battery when our electrical car system wasn't working and said that it would work properly after the small battery replacement. This cost of $589.37. Come Oct this year our car electrical system wouldn't turn again. When asked what components exactly in the high voltage battery need replacing, Wesley, the service manager said "I can't tell you exactly, because our service team is not certified in this vehicle which is why we have to send it to Phoenix." This was new information that was not shared during the June service. When asked why the team was not certified Wesley responded that the vehicle was never meant to be sold in the Texas market, so VW never trained its employees on it. So why replace a small battery if no one is trained in this vehicle to begin with? Why charge a customer for service you have no idea how to service? More
