Needed my 20k service and one electronic repair and for them to check the brakes which are making a loud squeaking noise when stopping at higher speeds. Appointment took 3 weeks to make and 5 calls to mult them to check the brakes which are making a loud squeaking noise when stopping at higher speeds. Appointment took 3 weeks to make and 5 calls to multiple people to arrange a loaner, since once you get there for your appointment, it could take 2-3 days to get to your car(not sure what the appointment is for). Steve called to say car was ready a few days later and that it was all good. I asked about the brakes, since I hadn’t heard. Steve stated they do make noise but we can’t replace/fix until they are worn down more, warranty requires them to be 2mm and ours are 5mm. I asked if I’m wrong here, but your are not repairing it under warranty because I don’t have enough miles, crazy. Called back and spoke with the service manager(Wesley) same story, they know it’s an issue and have extended the warranty, but they have too much pad left. He advised I call VW Customer Care, same story. The last two days I have called and asked to speak with the general manager, no return call. This is sad that a 2022 Taos with about 19k miles can’t be repaired while under warranty. Think this will be the last VW I purchase, especially from this dealer. More
Dropped my car off for the AC to get fixed. Full month later and we received zero updates after calling multiple times. We just kept being told “they would call and let us know”. Once we arrived, our service adviser wasn’t even there, the car was very dirty on the outside AND brand new dents in the car!!! They didn’t believe the dents weren’t there before but thank god they took photos of the car before working on it. They then realized it was in fact their fault and once again I was forced to go back home in a loaner. More

Devastating experience. Negligent staff. Liars. We've just got a Volkswagen Tiguan SE without a feature we were told it has. And this is 3 years contract that we wish we Negligent staff. Liars. We've just got a Volkswagen Tiguan SE without a feature we were told it has. And this is 3 years contract that we wish we would never sign. Our sales manager was Diego. When we met him, we told him that the "Blindspot" feature was a must-have for us. He showed us Tiguan and assured us that this car had all we needed. We weren't allowed to make a test drive on the streets because we had just moved to the USA and didn't have our us licenses, so we just had a ride in a parking lot. Diego said that we wouldn't see "blindspots", because there were no cars around us and it would work if we had driven on the streets. We liked the car and decided to get it. As it appeared, the car didn't have that feature that we wanted so much. It was the only feature that we'd mention that was critical. We tried negotiating with Volkswagen, but they've become helpless as soon as we signed the contract. You know, when you get something like a car at the official dealer you don't expect people to be unprofessional and not reliable. It's not like you get a rotten potato at the bottom of the box. But that's exactly what happened to us. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, if you still want to have business with them be really careful and read every paper you are signing to not to be tricked as we had. More
