Worst experience for buying cars! !!!!! I am Volvo customer for 3 years and when I was in Ontario dealer for trade my lease vehicle to another one, the sale rep, Michel and finance tea !!!!! I am Volvo customer for 3 years and when I was in Ontario dealer for trade my lease vehicle to another one, the sale rep, Michel and finance team Jim, forced me to finance my cars and didn’t negotiate with me for interest rate and monthly payment and just forced me for signing the contract!!!! And after one month when I got my first payment, I saw that my rate and payment is too high and I came back to dealer for cancel my contract and non of those guys didn’t accept my cancellation contract and they forced me to pay 18000$ more!!!! I wish nobody never had any deal with them and I never came back to that crazy dealer!!!!!! More

Excellent Service Center I came in for service on a battery issue which required my car to be towed. I also needed my 20000 mile maintenance service which I had been putting I came in for service on a battery issue which required my car to be towed. He explain all of the service my car was going to receive. Because of the service I received from Ivan I will change to Volvo of Ontario as my choice of a center service for both of our Volvos. More
