Bought a used car. After 7 weeks of chasing sales rep.(Chris) for my trade in's plates/frames. I finally got my used plates(although he claims he order new ones) but surprisingly the old ones were fo rep.(Chris) for my trade in's plates/frames. I finally got my used plates(although he claims he order new ones) but surprisingly the old ones were found. Now I've spent 8 more weeks chasing him for my custom sports frames that were on my trade in and all i get is excuses and no returned phone calls(texts). Everytime I call dealer to speak to manager the operator tells me manager is not in (she knows i'm looking for answers). I can't believe the lack of professionalism shown my this dealership. I'v owned Acura's ,BMW's before and never felt so disappointed by a high end dealership like I do with Open Road Acura of Wayne. More
