My two sisters and I all leased new 2012 cars (RDX truck, Acura TL and Acura TSX special edition). We are all in love with our new purchases. When it was time to work with finance, Warren was very professional, organized and answered all of our questions with ease. After purchasing our cars, we made appointments with Laurie in the service department to have our remote starters put in. She was very helpful in scheduling around our busy work week so we could bring our cars in. We are all very happy & riding around in style! More

Bought a used car. After 7 weeks of chasing sales rep.(Chris) for my trade in's plates/frames. I finally got my used plates(although he claims he order new ones) but surprisingly the old ones were fo rep.(Chris) for my trade in's plates/frames. Now I've spent 8 more weeks chasing him for my custom sports frames that were on my trade in and all i get is excuses and no returned phone calls(texts). Everytime I call dealer to speak to manager the operator tells me manager is not in (she knows i'm looking for answers). I can't believe the lack of professionalism shown my this dealership. I'v owned Acura's ,BMW's before and never felt so disappointed by a high end dealership like I do with Open Road Acura of Wayne. More
