Worst Customer Service and Managers need to be fired God forbid if you do not buy your car from there and want any service from them. They will treat you like your a step child. If you ask them for anyth God forbid if you do not buy your car from there and want any service from them. They will treat you like your a step child. If you ask them for anything they make you feel that your a nuicance and will try to avoid the issue. The managers there for sales are grimy and make you feel that you have to pay top dollar for a car that has accidents on it. More

My initial conversations were with Marcus. He was great at following up with me and gave me a great deal on a 2018 MDX. When we went in I was introduced to our salesperson Dave. He was a pleasure from beginning to end, true professional! He stood by the deal I was offered over the phone which made me so happy since I know some dealerships give you a great deal just to get you in the door. I gave Dave my info, filled out some forms and told him I had to go and would be back later that night to pick up the vehicle. When I showed up later that evening there was Dave waiting for me with my new car and he even put a bow on it (great touch). Buying a car can be very frustrating, so thanks Open Road for the great experience! More
