Probably one of the worst car dealerships I have ever visited in my life. Scheduled a test drive on a Friday after work and walked up to the woman who I scheduled an appointment with. Then for 30 mins she disappeared and a random salesman, Paul Koka, came up to me asking me what I was looking for. I was beginning to think what the whole point was in scheduling a test drive when I could have just came in off the street and got the same treatment. Paul, probably because it was a Friday night and he was anxious to go home or was profiling me as someone he did not think had the money to pay for the car, was hemming and hawing that there was too much traffic on a Friday night and that we should really schedule for another time. I couldn't believe my ears, the first time a car salesmen did not actually want to sell a car! After much cajoling he finally got someone to bring down a car, but not the car I was really there to test drive. We went out and to his surprise...NO TRAFFIC! When we got back in I gave him my contact info and told him to follow up with me in a week's time. Of course a week went by and no follow up. So I called him up with regards to pricing and he was actually offended that I wanted to negotiate the price. He then had the nerve to say "Audi has this little thing called M.S.R.P." I never felt more insulted in my life dealing with a car salesman, excuse me, Audi Brand Specialist. Anyway, needless to say I told him I was taking my business elsewhere and would advise you to do as well, unless you like being treated like a nobody and enjoy getting insulted by people whom you are interested in buying products from. I'm happy to say that other Audi dealerships I subsequently contacted were much more professional and caring, so yes this is a unique service provided by Audi of Manhattan. More

This is my second time leasing an Audi A4 from Dan Lessa at Audi of Mamhattan. He has gone above and beyond to make the process stress-free. Even smoother re-leasing the second time. Everyone hear at this dealership is very nice and they focus on making customer service a priority. Dan in particular worked me into the car I really wanted and gave me an excellent price. I've bought, leased and shopped at many dealerships over 20 years for myself, family and friends and I have never had such a great experience leasing a vehicle such as this. There are no games here and they all genuinely want you to drive away happy. Go see Dan and get the car you want today! Tell him you read my review (Anthony) and you heard great things. It is rare to find a car dealership that earns a rating of 10 out of 10 in my book. Open Road Audi of Manhattan achieved that lofty goal. Hurricane Sandy had totaled my 2012 Audi A6, and, as I am a healthcare professional, finding myself without a car was not a viable option for me. After Geico paid off Audi (on my 2012 lease) I went back to Dan Lessa ( my sales rep) and informed him of my plight---when I leased my 2012 Audi, I had an Acura TSX to trade in, but now I had nothing. He stunned me by telling me to sit down, take a deep breath, and listen, because he was going to put me into the seat of a 2013 Audi A6. I don't know how he did it, but a few days later I was indeed behind the wheel of my new 2013 Audi A6, paying $14 less a month on my lease, and gaining 2 new features that I didn't have before. This dealership rates tops with me for service also. They are there for me no matter what I need, and answer all my questions that in my past history with car dealers were always found to be a pain in the neck. Nothing seems too much for them, including making sure that I always have a loaner car to serve my patients' needs. So I am never without wheels. Dan Lessa is the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever met in the auto business, and has the patience of a saint. All in all Open Road Audi of Manhattan serves all my needs and serves them well. 5 stars out of 5. More

He answered all of my questions, introduced me to the car and has quickly responded to emails when I had a question about the functioning of helpful. If you're thinking about buying an Audi this is the place to go! The showroom is gorgeous and everyone here is super friendly! My salesperson Steve Rubinchik was amazing, he got me into a new A6 after my pr to go! The showroom is gorgeous and everyone here is super friendly! Thanks to him I was back on the road in under 5 days and they even offered me a loaner for the few days I had to wait until picking up my new car. The service him and his manager Tom provided for me was top notch. Steve's product knowledge is impeccable and you should definitely see him if coming here! More
