Next time I need service I'm taking my 335i to Bridgewater or Flemington BMW. I bought my car from a Penske dealership in Atlanta and they were top of the line to deal with at every level. My three interactions with Open Road Service were poor at every level. The work performed was satisfactory but everything from dropping the car off with an appointment to having it towed in, and picking it up was marked with delays, incompetence, and very poor customer service ethics. Normally BMW will wash your car with service, but with Open Road, that had never happened until my last service. I wash my car by hand every about every two weeks like a mini detailing. I know every inch of my car and spend 90 minutes just washing the wheels and tires. This last service they washed my car and scratched up all four rims. I called them as soon as I got home but one week later have not received a phone call. Normally I would have given my car a walk around before driving away, but I have MS, and standing for more than 20 minutes is very hard. It took over 60 minutes to get my car even though I paid the bill online ahead of time. The crack valet team couldn't find my car!!! After watching them in action for over 30 minutes, block other customers from leaving (like watching reruns of the three stooges), when my car did arrive, I saw a hole in their car wall and took it. At home, I walked around the car and all was fine except that my rims all had minor curb rash around the rims on all 4 wheels. Take your BMW to Bridgwater for service or be repaired to expect to have a RT 22 like experience at a premium price! Take pictures of your car when you drop it off and inspect it before you leave. I purchased a 2019 3 series from them. Since day 1 I’ve had an issue with sunroof and worse issue radio. I have brought it in multiple times. I have video of the issue. They refuse to help me. Corporate te had an issue with sunroof and worse issue radio. I have brought it in multiple times. I have video of the issue. They refuse to help me. Corporate tells me to talk to dealer and vice versa. They basically let me explain my issue while ignoring me. Corporate basically does nothing and the dealership literally does nothing. I can’t believe how bad the customer support is. I’d never use this dealership or purchase another BMW. Keep in my mind I’ve never written a review in my life More
