I walked into this dealership, not exactly sure what car I was looking for. I was met by a salesman, Michael Simone, who didn’t pressure me, urged me to look around and answered all of my questions. Although I didn’t purchase anything g that day, he politely followed up with me a few days later with options and suggestions on what I was looking for. After going back and forth, we found the car for me and I absolutely love it. Michael was professional, courteous and on his A game the entire time. I’d recommend him to anyone going to Open Road BMW!!! Five star service all the way! More

I have X5 45e. Visited on Dec 16 for gas smell and battery recall. They order parts for battery. When parts arrived gave me an appointment for Feb.1 10.30am. Took the car at 10.15 am. After 11.30 John battery recall. They order parts for battery. When parts arrived gave me an appointment for Feb.1 10.30am. Took the car at 10.15 am. After 11.30 John advised me that need more time and they have no loaner now so asked me to book again loaner appointment. Now I am book back to Feb 22nd.(they never have loaner and behind for months since I visited from August). I wasted my 2 hours and put me behind on appointment. Very disappointed I am driving vehicle without charging since Nov. visited 7 time for service on a brand new vehicle. Very poor service department, unorganized. Could be a good seller with poor service. More

I bought my first BMW X3 here after not being able to find the color I wanted in my state of NC. The process was seamless and David Lutz gave me the best customer service by answering every call, text an find the color I wanted in my state of NC. The process was seamless and David Lutz gave me the best customer service by answering every call, text and FaceTime to show me the car since I couldn’t be there to see it and drive it myself. He went out in freezing temps to make sure I could see and hear what I was buying! I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Don't hesitate to shop here, they are great, even with out of state purchases. They handled my registration, tags and everything, except for financing and transport. I would definitely recommend them, but make sure you ask for Dave when you go! More
