Two weeks ago, my boyfriend and I leased our first car together with the help of Anthony Cesare at Open Road BMW. Anthony was very professional, had a great knowledge of the brand, cars & inventory and ve together with the help of Anthony Cesare at Open Road BMW. He also made sure we knew about the vehicle we were purchasing and options; had knowledge and helped with financing as well (we came in from NYC to for the afternoon and helped to speed up our process with the various forms needed). Bonus we also were picked up from the train in one of the potential vehicles we were considering! More

On Wednesday, 5/20/21, I went to the Open Road BMW dealership in Edison, NJ and met with Cameron Hughes, a salesman at BMW. After meeting with Cameron who is very professional, courteous, personable dealership in Edison, NJ and met with Cameron Hughes, a salesman at BMW. After meeting with Cameron who is very professional, courteous, personable and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products, he showed me the car I had in mind and what they had in stock. We then went for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell, just a pleasant conversation between salesperson and customer. Needless to say, I left the dealership owning a brand new 2021 X2 BMW car. What an awesome experience! More

I have lease 2 cars from this place through my broker. I place my order with them in March on an 2021 X7, my car come in I was told Eugene (the sales person who was working with my broker) wanted to bump my place my order with them in March on an 2021 X7, my car come in I was told Eugene (the sales person who was working with my broker) wanted to bump my payment $100 and requested a "venmo" payment. Extremely happy with the overall purchasing experience starting from agreeing on the price, securing production spot, to signing all the paperw M50i. Eugene was very polite, honest, and was prompt in responding to email/text inquiries and returning calls. Price agreed upon was very reasonable and what I was aiming for. He explained all the details of the process, and ensured that I got only the products I needed. One of the requests required Eugene to submit additional paperwork with BMWNA and do more follow ups with them but he agreed without any hesitation in order to satisfy my request. Overall a very pleasant experience and breath of fresh air compared to other purchasing experiences at other places. More
