I’ve been an open road bmw customer for years. The dealership made a mistake and now no one will answer the phone or respond to an email. Buyer beware. your leasing/ buying experience will be grea The dealership made a mistake and now no one will answer the phone or respond to an email. Buyer beware. your leasing/ buying experience will be great but after you buy your car it’s all downhill from there. Extremely poor way to treat your customers. I called my sales rep for a week. No response. Left a message for the general manager days ago. No response. The finance department- no call back for a week and then an email. When I asked for a call back I was told he can speak on Friday… that was on Tuesday. You don’t have 5 minutes to speak to a customer for another three days. Interesting. Better business bureau here I come. More

Do not buy from this dealer, they have a ridiculous $799 doc fee, where most dealers charge $75-$250. They also force you to pay for a bogus $399 "Window etching fee" on new or used cars. Google this, windo doc fee, where most dealers charge $75-$250. They also force you to pay for a bogus $399 "Window etching fee" on new or used cars. Google this, window etch can be done for $20 yourself. They had the audacity to try and charge me $399 for it on a USED vehicle, which they had already charged the 1st owner for. Do your homework and talk to other dealers in the area, they are taking advantage of the misinformed and I am here to call them out on this outrageous charges.
