Bob & Beatriz were polite & courteous, but more importantly helpful & human. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and not overbearing. Bob & Beatriz were always available to answer questions or ease concerns via email, phone call, or text message. They were flexible to work with whatever mode of communication was most convenient for me at the time. Unlike just about every other experience I've had exploring purchasing a car, I was never inundated with a seemingly ceaseless barrage of form emails, calls, or texts and my preference for being contacted primarily by email & text was respected. Just like that, the days & nights of having a dealership repeatedly call and leave multiple voicemails throughout the long workday were a thing of the past! I was so delighted by Open Road Mazda of Morristown; I continued working with them despite the hour or so drive from me and literally having to pass another Mazda dealership on my way to there. Overall, in what is usually an incredibly stressful process, the staff made me feel at ease and actually enjoy buying a car. Traveling the extra distance to work with this dealership was absolutely worth it and I couldn't recommend them any more highly. More

Semyon at Open Road Mazda was excellent He spent alot of time with us as well as being very patient with us . His knowledge of the product and his explanations of competitors product were very throu of time with us as well as being very patient with us . The followup proces of speaking to the financial person left us a little disappointed as we had to wait what seemed to be an inappropriate amount of time even though we had an appointmeent . Semuon tried to move thing alomg but failed to expidite the issues. Semyon however went out of his way to appease us in our disappointment in this phase of the purchse I would reccommend dealing wiith Semyon if you are interested in a Mazda More
