Thanks for your response but I’m very impressed in the way that you guys keep lying, did Paul tell you that the plates where holding in the dealer since 2/10 and they never call me even when I asked several times to Julio? Did they tell you that It wasn't until the day of the ticket that I had to go to the dealer and find out who had my license plates since 2/10? You should take care of the personal who work for your company, Julio an “experience” seller told us that we could drive with an expiated plate, is that professional? Paul was a rude person, who only care to cover his back, instead of give us an apology, he said that he would pay the ticket and he did not give us information where we could send the charge. My driving record was clean until this, so the minimum that I ask is that you take disciplinary actions for the personal who took us in this situation.
