I recently purchased a used BMW from Open Road VW at an excellent price. Mr. Biank was extremely accommodating in every manner possible. My son-in-law wanted to buy a new car and I took him to this dealership because I knew I would get the best deal from here as I bought three cars from this dealership between August 2009 to September 2010. this dealership because I knew I would get the best deal from here as I bought three cars from this dealership between August 2009 to September 2010. I don't remember the name of the salesperson (I can try to find out) but he seemed to be the manager who butted in trying to sell us a car and when the deal didn't go though we left and while we were leaving I saw him go back to his office and make a face at us. My whole family was with me and this behaviour was totally unexpected, uncalled for and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have bought three cars from this dealership when it was Millenium Volkswagen of Bridgewater and I shared a very good relationship with them. My complaint is only with that person because the others were good. I will never ever go back to this dealership to buy a new or old car unless this guy apologises to me and my family. More

I feel I got a very fair price, for an almost new car (2009 vw jetta w 22k miles). Of course, know your stuff before you buy.
