Car returned dirtier than when I dropped it off Took my car in for Service B yesterday. My car had recently been washed and is garage kept. Car was returned with grease stains on the hood and washer fluid stains on the back. Explanation I was given is that the third party they use for washing cars has not returned since pandemic. They didn't even bother to wipe off the hood. Sent pictures to service rep who said that when I schedule my next service, she would make sure it would get thorough cleaning. Not what I expect from Mercedes, and after spending more than $800 on service. After 2 exchanges received a message asking what it would take to make it right. That should have been initial response. Disappointed with the customer service and will not be returning. More

He will ignore your emails, calls, and texts. COVID-19 or not, the customer should at least be provided with updates on the car. But nope, they don’t believe in good customer service at this dealership. I’ve never worked anyone more unresponsive and incompetent. Requested for call-backs from the GM, Robert Hayes, got nothing. Sent him emails, no response. Your business is not valued here. ORDER FROM ANOTHER MB DEALERSHIP. I wonder if they'll respond to my request for my deposit back? More

Amazing Experience I had an amazing experience, wonderful treatment and great follow through with my recent purchase at Open Road of Bridgewater. My sales guy, John Sul I had an amazing experience, wonderful treatment and great follow through with my recent purchase at Open Road of Bridgewater. My sales guy, John Sulano was extremely helpful!!! And I ultimately left with a beautiful Black SL550 which is exactly what I wanted. Overall my experience over the past few years with this dealership and service department has been an extremely wonderful experience. I will be a Mercedes girl for life! More
Absolute Crooks and thieves. I should have trust the words of the first dealer i went to Ray Catena. He told me "beware of the dealership". I bought what i thought was a MBCPO. But it failed in every as words of the first dealer i went to Ray Catena. He told me "beware of the dealership". I bought what i thought was a MBCPO. But it failed in every aspect. I told them a few things needed to be corrected before i closed the deal. They said they would have it all fix the next day by 4:00. I went to pick the car up but most of the issues were not corrected. The said they would schedule an appointment to bring it in. That in itself was a hassle to get completed. It took a call to the sales manager Mike Silva. We'll get back to that crook. I took the car to get the windows tinted, the guy calls me and tell me that it had be tinted before but they never cleaned of the glue. That was Openroad, who did that. so after having the car 3 days i had to pull the car out of garage, i found oil on my floor. Now this is all adding up to a rip off. I then took the car to a reputable mechanic my wife worked for. He explained i had 2 oil leaks and cracked under carrage pan. Also the applied glue to try to stop a leak. he also told me they never serviced the car, no oil change or any filters. I tried calling to to talk to this Mike Siva Thief. he wouldn't return any calls, i then posted a bed review on Facebook. I the get a call back. He then proceeds to threaten me over the phone, that i have to remove the review. I told him he owned the review and it was staying on there. then he tells me I need to get an attorney to get anything done with the car. More
