Service fell off right after the sale! I posted this review to google reviews but thought I would post this here as well. We bought a 2015 pre-owned GLK 350 in July. After we bought the car, no one bothered to show us how to use the vehicle. At the time of purchase, the vehicle didn't have an owner's manual but we were assured by the salesman that he would get it to us. Over the next three months, we stopped by the dealership 3 different times to ask for the manual and each time, were assured that the dealership would order the manual for us. After 4 months, we had to purchase our own manual. This dealership seems to only care about selling you the car and any sort of customer service after the sale has been made, goes out the window. The customer service and treatment is absolutely horrendous compared to any other dealership. We have purchased multiple luxury vehicles before from both the Flemington BMW and Bridgewater Volvo and both of these dealerships are miles better in terms of customer service. This Mercedes-Benz dealership has absolutely tarnished the reputation of Mercedes-Benz vehicles for us and we will never be purchasing a Mercedes-Benz ever again. More
