John Sulano is the BEST! Visited a couple of Mercedes-Benz dealers and then visited Open Road in Bridgewater. After leaving the other places with nothing but pushy & arrogant Visited a couple of Mercedes-Benz dealers and then visited Open Road in Bridgewater. After leaving the other places with nothing but pushy & arrogant Salesmen we were greeted by John Sulano. He was patient, answered all our questions, and offered to test drive the vehicle of our choice (E Class). He gave us a history lesson on why we should by a Mercedes-Benz automobile. Showed and explained all the features. We were impressed! Worked a deal that day and drove home with our new car. We highly recommend John because he is NOT your typical car salesman. More

After waiting for 15 minutes without a single person greeting me, I finally asked for assistance and was given a few quick minutes to look at a few models. I was then asked to return another day, as the dealership was closing. Upon my return visit, we again had to wait and when we were offered a test drive, the sales person (Glenn Sussman) noted he was in the middle of another sale and could not join us for the ride. We drove the car with another person who knew basically nothing about the features of the vehicle. Upon our return to the dealership, Glenn discussed lease options and questioned us several times if we owned our current vehicle. It was clear he had a preconceived idea that we could not possibly own our vehicle (we were dressed casually as we were going to a family BBQ). Based on our attire, he continued to ask if we owned the current vehicle, even questioning if we "had a title" to the car! He provided loose lease details and when asked for a Mercedes catalogue to take with us, noted we could vist the Mercedes web site. Clearly, based on his attitude and treatment to our family, he was doubtful we could afford a Mercedes and did not want to waste his time with us. After leaving Open road Mercedes, we negotiated with another dealer and finalized our lease. Hard to belive Mercedes would allow this type of unprofessional behavior not only by the entire sales team at Open Road, but also specifically by Glenn Sussman. More

Certified Pre-Owned C300 I do not have much positive things to say for this place. I found this dealership highly unorganized. My sales person did not had complete idea about I do not have much positive things to say for this place. I found this dealership highly unorganized. My sales person did not had complete idea about the features of the car I was aiming. They just know about Mercedes Benz in general but not much about any specific car and there packages. When I bought a car there was no such stage where the price could be discussed or talks about the features of the car. They kept pushing me hard just to buy the car. Worst experience with the Finance Manager there, Lawrence who was new I guess. His behavior was majorly on the ruder side and he was rushing through the buying process without explaining anything about what I was signing at, until I asked. And when it was done no one even came out to see us off after buying the car. Bad experience overall. More
