Sorry, we are going to your competition and see if we have better luck. By the way, I still haven’t got a call back after leaving several messages over four days. Also, it’s unacceptable to online book an appt at 2:pm and then not even tell me about a “supposed” problem until 5:pm after I had to go to counter to check. We’ve had all oil changes at certified Chrysler dealerships so saying the oil plug is overtightened is laughable. Also, they said oil pan is aluminum and I’ve checked online and no one sells these. No contact at all for three hours. Your flapping gums saying you will do better is not working as I’ve now read the reviews online and seems to be a pattern with your service dept. Sounds like they just wanted to go home. You will not be getting my business when I buy my NEW car soon.
