First thing in the morning there lines of cars to be serviced out the street. In fact one accident was almost caused so I exited my vehicle and directed the cars into the parking lot. Then I witnessed them treating customers with rudeness beyond my comprehension; including myself. They kept my vehicle 4 days longer than promised. They overcharged on the agreed upon labor rate and overcharged the rental car fee that was also agreed upon after the poor experience. My wife insisted I pay due to time shortage and to sort it out later. It took 7 phone calls of dealing with incompetent staff (including the Service Manager by the name of Ferdie Ang). I spent a total of at least 2 hours of time on the phone (missing lunch on one day). I wasn't the most pleasant customer to deal with due to the aggravation and incompetence of Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. On a bright note; although my service advisor (German) made some errors he was decent and tried to the best of his ability to make me happy and even provided an Uber to work and when I went to pick up my vehicle after I was promised it would be ready and found it was not, he provided another Uber to my home of residence. All said and done Orange Coast provided an awful experience and I would prefer to pay more money at another dealership that was respectful and repaired the vehicle in a timely manner.
