It was the first time that I have bought a car from a dealership and the the process was as smooth as I’d hoped. Art was great working me through the process of what the financial arrangements would be a dealership and the the process was as smooth as I’d hoped. Art was great working me through the process of what the financial arrangements would be and being my co-pilot on my first trip around the block. Armin guided me through the actual financial paperwork and helped me to decide what was best for me and my new car regarding coverage options that the dealer offers. I’m extremely satisfied with the assistance these gentlemen offered someone that gets a bit nervous making big decisions. In addition, the young gentleman that gave me a rundown of the features on my new car did great, considering my previous car was 18 years old and a lot has changed technology-wise. I forgot his name, but Art should know who it was. I look forward to my future visits for maintenance and will recommend the dealership to anyone interested in the lines of cars that are offered there. Thank you. More

xxxxin terrible!! You claim you activated the electric hook up for a trailer but don’t bother to test it to be sure it is, for $165. And then to add insult you tell me it was my fault, because of the hook hook up for a trailer but don’t bother to test it to be sure it is, for $165. And then to add insult you tell me it was my fault, because of the hook up line without even testing it. Then you say leave the car here, all day, and that there will be an extra charge, xxxx you!! I was leaving for a family vacation and needed the hook up so went to auto zone and did it the old fashioned way for another $20! It turns out that the line is not activated and apparently you have a reputation for in town for not doing correctly about 80% of the time. I’ll be writing Chrysler Corp to file a formal complaint against the dealer and see if they care. More
