Brought my jeep in because the dealer installed tow package/wiring harness ceased to provide taillights to my trailer and a/c not blowing as cold as when new in 2017. Although i clearly explained the package/wiring harness ceased to provide taillights to my trailer and a/c not blowing as cold as when new in 2017. Although i clearly explained the symptoms numerous times, the service rep and i assume the service tech both continued to remain confused as to what i wanted fixed with the light issue. Brake light vs tail light vs trailer brake. This continued into the following day and did not inspire confidence. When it was all over my jeep was returned with a broken and re-glued hood ornament, an open fuse box with fuse puller left loose on top instead of properly stowed, missing high/low a/c access cover caps and a new never heard before a/c noise. When i voiced my concerns to management i was respectfully given apologies and offered a free oil change. But i change my own oil and frankly I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle unless i had absolutely no other choice in the matter. In short- 1) Courteous 2) Arranged Uber ride both ways 3) Vehicle repair/Quality control not up to minimum standards. More
