I had been looking for a Ram for several months, trying to find a good deal. I previously visited two other Ram dealerships who had vehicles on sale with discounts. Took my truck in for a tune and rotation. Service was friendly and they were done in a reasonable amount of time. Truck was also given a quick wash, meaning they knocked the dust off. The service writer tried to rip me off. He quoted $3300 for two separate items that needed repair. I immediately said no, that I would get them fixed elsewhere. I called the service manager and 30 minutes for two separate items that needed repair. I immediately said no, that I would get them fixed elsewhere. I called the service manager and 30 minutes later the service writer called me and the price for one item went from $1500 to $660 to fix it. I had the dealer fix that item though I think they caused it at a previous service. The second item the writer quoted me $1800 for some suspension work. I took the Jeep to an independent who did the exact same work for $1055. O.C Jeep tried to take advantage of me. I will not go back. I would not recommend this dealer for any service. More
