We have bought or leased 6 Jeeps from Orange Coast. 2 Jeep Liberties and the rest Grand Cherokees. All of the Jeeps have been serviced by their service department. Took two and a half hours for an oil change. I was the 4th car checked in at 7am and waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. At the two hour mark (9am) I asked how much longer for the oil change to be completed and was told 45 minutes to an hour left because I had only been there for 45 minutes and is typically and hour and a half wait.
