I took my truck in to the service department the day before Thanksgiving. The oil cooler cracked on it and leaked oil into my coolant. They wanted to charge me a little over 6000 dollars for the work wh before Thanksgiving. The oil cooler cracked on it and leaked oil into my coolant. They wanted to charge me a little over 6000 dollars for the work which they thought it was going to be customer pay. They didn't even check if I had a extended warranty or a service contract. I had to tell them this. The lack of communication is ridiculous! I've work and still work in this industry for over 25 years. When my truck was finally finished about 3 weeks later my engine cover was missing . The mechanic lost it or broke it? I went back the next day and they told me it was never there in the first place. Dave told me that he was going to order it in for me at no charge and said it would be about 5 days. Well its been about 8 days and I've called Dave and left 3 messages and still no call back. Also in the month of May my truck was there for some transmission work that cost me about 1900 out of my pocket because they never check if I had a service contract. And now its doing the same thing. Again called Dave for this problem and no call back! Just fed up with this dealerships lack of communication and quality of service. I've purchased two trucks from them and don't think I'm going to returning to this place. More
