Disappointed I’ve always had really good service, Up until my latest service day. I still waited about 20plus minutes for them to bring it up and that was not until I had them paged a second time. Also I had my oil changed and the life of the oil wasn’t reset to 100%. Impatiently waited 45 unwanted minutes.? After my car was done with the oil change it was confirmed that it should be out in 5 to 10 minutes. Not so it was 45 plus minutes.
