When I was looking for a reliable used car (kids wanted me to drive<2K cars. I had just experienced one of those got to be non-fixable. I had a Bankruptcy 1 &1/2 yrs ago and my credit score was bad.I was c me to drive<2K cars. I had just experienced one of those got to be non-fixable. I only had the 2000.00 from the stimulus checks, and didn't think I could get financing with a bad credit score...They were the only people from all of my calling around that almost insisted I come talk with them. so I did, told them what I was looking for, and by reducing the price substantially, and miraculously finding financing and was still under my Payment allowance limit ! He also said he would refinance for me after 9 months for a lot less % and said, buying a car will bring up my credit score. sadly it wasnt a toyota, but was vert low mileage and no frills, and When I am too old to drive, it will still have less than 150k miles. I drove it off of the lot, left my beater there, and cars.com bought it and towed it away. EVERYONE was so helpful and nice. So today I had my tire pressure light come on leaving payson to have physical therapy in provo. I was concerned I might have a nail, and felt uncomfortable going home the interstate, so I went up ther to have them check my tire (got the 3yr Bumper to bumper warranty, and a nail doesnt fall under norman wear and tear...so I called and they said I could come but may have to wait. I found the service Dept and went in and was greeted and asked what he could do for me. I explained and he had me pull in the garage right away and spent time thoroughly checking for a puncture, then checked all of the pressures and found the low one. Checked for a puncture again on that tire. Couldnt find one so filled up all of my tires and the light wend off. He explained a few possibilities to me...I know he spent 20+ minutes helping me. The light stayed off the whole way home. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE Both Times.!!!It gets harder every day to get good customer service and you guys are 6 star.!!! Brent Brown Toyota gave me an excellent price on the vehicle I was interested in, and our sales guy, Mikah Fathers, worked hard for us. With the excellent price on the vehicle Mikah couldn't have made vehicle I was interested in, and our sales guy, Mikah Fathers, worked hard for us. With the excellent price on the vehicle Mikah couldn't have made more than $100 on the sale, but he worked like he was making $1000. We live a good distance from the dealership so all of our dealings were handled by phone call, text and email. He satisfied every question and worked down the price and met us in the parking lot when we finally came in to close the deal. After final inspection and test drive we finished all the paperwork in about 5 minutes. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Thoroughly frustrating experience, as their communication was awful and they reneged on initial agreement. Four weeks earlier I'd been promised a certain price, including in writing.
