They did not have my extended service in their service department and it took extra time to get it fixed. Typical dealership–they tell you what they think you want to hear. The sales team I worked with was nice enough, but while waiting I was able to observe many of the other sales associates and staff who seeme to hear. The sales team I worked with was nice enough, but while waiting I was able to observe many of the other sales associates and staff who seemed to be quite full of themselves and above wearing their masks. Heard profanities on occasion and got the overall impression that many of the employees there just simply don't care. If you do plan on buying a vehicle from them make sure you have several hours to spend as they are incredibly slow at getting customers in and out–took me over FOUR HOURS! More

We knew exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. The only reason we went to this dealership was because they had what we wanted on their lot. Instead of spending over 15 minutes explaining how to put it in 4 wheel drive I wish he'd have shown me that I had remote start, or the Toyota app I didn't know excited, or the Toyota Alexa feature that my 2021 4runner has. Believe me I may be a girl but I know how to use 4 high and 4 low and when it's necessary. I went back and had a clear bra installed was very upset that they wouldn't give me a vehicle to drive around in. I have been to other Toyota dealerships to have vehicles maintained and always been given something to drive. This is over a two hour drive for us and the clear bra took 7 hrs, so the shuttle wasn't great for shopping or trying to go to lunch. The gentlemen who run the shuttle were the nicest people in the whole place, they tried very hard to be friendly and sweet. More
