Always before the person who was supposed to take my car was not there or not available and I had to wait for I usually hate going to the dealership. I was having an unusually bad week and Morgan was ready when I got there, pleasant, and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I could understand. He went the extra mile. New keys for Prius I had to have keys made for my 2010 Prius. I thought I had lost the key, had to have the car towed to the dealership where they fit me into their serv I had to have keys made for my 2010 Prius. I thought I had lost the key, had to have the car towed to the dealership where they fit me into their service schedule right away. After the keys were made and the car was reprogrammed, the service person found the old key in the car (that's a whole different issue since the car is supposed to unlock when the key is close to it, and it did not which is why we all thought the key was lost) the service person reprogrammed our original key free of charge. More
