I was surprised when I came into the shop to get something minor fixed on my vehicle and how accepting they were with walk ins. I understand how that could be frustrating, but they were very understanding and fixed the part within the hour they promised. Morgan in the parts department was very kind, I was honestly worried about walking in knowing that I had just purchased the car and something had already gone wrong(super minor I’m just OCD). I was treated with the upmost respect, and being a women and my experiences with auto shops it’s highly likely to be treated the opposite.
