Service Manager Jennifer Clark is AMAZING. Jennifer Clark is amazing. I had a small repair on my 2018 Sequoia. A small over site at the factory left a sensor loose in my front bumper. Jennifer called and left a message for me when the part was in, told me she was off the next day but she wanted to take care of me. She then gave me her personal cell phone number to contact her. She made arrangements for the repair. I called the main service number and scheduled the repair (I didn't want to bother her on her day off). Jennifer called me the next morning to make sure I was scheduled for the repair. I told her I was on my way into the dealership. She met me there, personally made sure the repair was done satisfactorily, and personally brought me my keys in the waiting room. All I can say is WOW what service and consideration from a service person. I recommend Brent Brown Toyota VERY HIGHLY based on Jennifer Clark taking such GREAT CARE OF ME on such a small repair.
