I am pleased with the service that Brent Brown Toyota provides for the price. I like to leave my vehicle the night before and pick it up during my lunch break the day of service. I want the service to be predicable and on-time. Therefore, I am OK paying extra for AWESOME service, communication and technical support that matches the individual needs of my family. The recent service was routine preventative maintanence with a small add-on repair. The communication was seamless before, during, and after the appointment. The plan ran like clockwork! Communication is where this service facility stands out. The service team is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel the use of technology to share what the mechanics are seeing is top tier / best-in-class technical service. In the framework of "even better if", though the work was professionally done at a reasonable price, it was not the over-the-top customer experience I have had servicing my vehicles at other Toyota dealerships. For example, there was an odd/foreign odor in the car and though the dash had been wiped down, the car was not vacuumed, washed, or pampered while serviced. With a few enhancements based on benchmarking research within the Toyota dealership world, Brent Brown Toyota's Service Department could go from average to AWESOME. More
