On time, service as promised, no "extra" costs The service went very well. I arrived 15 minutes early and they were still able to get me checked in and the work started on the car. I thought that I needed new brakes. They could have easily charged me. But they chose to be honest and tell me I didn't yet need new brakes. I'm very pleased. More

They not only completed the service as expected, but found rock chips in my windshield to repair and easily helped me with that. I was pleasantly surprised to know that shopping for a new car can be fun and stress free if you work with the right sales associate. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with as we test drove four cars I was interested in. I didn't feel like I was interacting with a sales person when talking to Jonathan - nothing felt forced or disingenuous. I ended up buying one of the cars I test drove on the same day. I mentioned something about the car having low fuel in the tank while I test drove it. I realized later that Jonathan has filled up the tank without me asking for it. I'd highly recommend Jonathan to be your guide when you shop for your next car. More

I appreciated that - they could have just let it expire and not incurred the cost. Actual service experience was great. They set the expectation it would take 1.5 hours to do and it was done in 1 hour. Jennifer is the individual that took care of me. Super-friendly as well. After going to Jiffy Lube, and being extremely frustrated with their service, it is a breath of fresh air coming to this dealership. It takes a little bit longer, but I know that is because they are extremely thorough and detail oriented. I was waiting in the waiting area for my car, and out of the blue, a gentleman (I wish I could remember his name--I believe he was a manager of some sort) bought me a diet coke out of the vending machine , just to be nice. I very much appreciated it. More
