Would not go anywhere else! I am a recent college graduate from Ohio and just moved to Orem, Utah a few weeks ago. I left my old car, a 1998 Oldsmobile Delta 88 that I bought when I was 15, back in Ohio. My family helped to move me 1700 miles across the country to get a life set up here before I began my full time job in mid June. Getting a car for me was at the top of the list of things to do and was one thing that we were all dreading. We went to a few dealerships throughout the day and I test drove a couple different cars. Our last stop was at Brent Brown Toyota, which happen to be right across the street from where I was living. The minute we parked our car and walked onto the parking lot, we were greeted by Morgan. Morgan was so welcoming and asked about me as a person and what I was looking for and what brought me to the dealership. I explained my situation and he took diligent notes and then started showing me cars that I might be interested in and that would fit what I needed out of a car. I felt so comfortable with Morgan and felt like I could express any concern, question, or comment to him and knew that he would take care of it. After deciding that I liked the Corolla, Morgan took us inside to discuss numbers and pricing. I said exactly what I could afford and they were not pushy or overbearing, which is what you usually expect from a "typical" cars salesman. Brett, also stepped in to assist my family and me and they even let us take the car to go get lunch and think over the numbers and decision of purchasing/leasing the car. When we got back from lunch, I was beyond excited to tell them that I wanted the car and they were more than willing to help me. Brett helped to get me a deal that fit my budget and needs, and Morgan helped me to feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone from who cleaned the car for me to take home to Rory in finance was more than helpful and who were willing to make me feel at home. Moving across the country is a very scary thing to do, but when I left the dealership I felt right at home. If you are looking for people to answer any questions you have (dumb or not), make you feel like you are making the best decision possible, and who give you an amazing deal and service, I would just save your time and start at Brent Brown Dealership. If I were to do the whole process over again, I would not go anywhere else and from now on will not go anywhere else. Thank you Brent Brown! More

In and out I felt really great taking my car in for its service! They quoted me my car would be done in an hour. Lone and behold it was done 30 minutes later!
