I would hope down the road for future purchases Kyle is still a member of the staff and I can work with him again, but I also got a sense that, that is the culture of the entire staff. Rattle in back hatch door of Highlander This is my third visit for this issue. Once identified, the problem was quickly corrected. However, we had to wait almost 4 hours before it was fini This is my third visit for this issue. Once identified, the problem was quickly corrected. However, we had to wait almost 4 hours before it was finished. Seems like it could have been taken care of in a matter of less than an hour. Appointment was at 8:45 am and the car was not available until after 1:00 pm. That being said, this time we made sure we drove with the mechanic to isolate the issue. The previous 2 visits it was taken for a test drive and returned to us saying the problem could not be found. Again, we waited 4 or 5 hours during each of those visits. Our conclusion is that the service personnel didn't involve us or consult us as to what we determined the problem to be and where it might be located. I know they are busy with many customers and their problems. However, if a problem can't be addressed and fixed then more interaction with the customer should be made. Overall, we were treated with respect but we feel the experience could have been resolved much quicker with more customer involvement. More

Prius Service I scheduled my service on Friday for the very next day at 9:00 AM. I came in just before then and they got me right in and said it would be about an h I scheduled my service on Friday for the very next day at 9:00 AM. I came in just before then and they got me right in and said it would be about an hour. They had it finished in about 40 minutes. They did a MPI (Multi Point Inspection) and said everything looked great! They didn't try to sell me anything extra when nothing was needed.
