I had been looking into buying a used car but, after visiting various places, decided it was best to head to a dealership to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle. I wish that I had been a little more firm on how long I wanted to finance my vehicle for, but my monthly payment is reasonable. Stephanie Pope was definitely the kindest, most personable car salesperson I have ever worked with. I genuinely enjoyed my time with her. It was like being with a friend who cared about your well being. For that reason, I would recommend her to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle! I also really love the Brent Brown service department. I had our older Toyota (the one in the crash) serviced there for years and was always satisfied with the quality of care. More

50 miles away! I travel 50 miles from Bountiful to Orem to buy and service my Toyotas at Brent Brown Toyota. It takes over an hour each way. In the process, I pass F I travel 50 miles from Bountiful to Orem to buy and service my Toyotas at Brent Brown Toyota. It takes over an hour each way. In the process, I pass FOUR Toyota dealerships and there is another just north of where I live. There are FIVE Toyota dealerships closer to me than Brent Brown Toyota. I make the journey because the people at Brent Brown are honest. That's the number one criterion in my book. Whether I am buying or having a vehicle serviced, they give it to me straight. They don't play games with me on pricing (no going back and forth to the man behind the curtain.) I've purchased/leased over 70 vehicles (Mercedes, Infiniti, GMC, Chevy, Subaru, Mazda, Honda and many others) in my lifetime, so I kinda know what I am doing. And I certainly know when I am being dealt with in a professional manner. I visited all the other Toyota dealerships in the area before buying my first Toyota Tundra and every stinking one of them played pricing games with me and treated me like I was an idiot. Then I went to Brent Brown. What a difference. On my first vehicle purchase, an inexperienced sales rep made a mistake on the pricing. It was a really good deal. Rather than rescind the price due to the error, they honored it. I knew it was a mistake (I told them they didn't have to honor it) and I I know they didn't make any money on the deal, but they gained a customer for life. Now, I don't even consider any other Toyota dealerships, especially the one four miles from my home. If you drive Toyotas, why would you go anywhere but Brent Brown Toyota? If you don't drive Toyotas, you should! More
