He understood what my wife was looking for and was very thorough with us. He had a great attitude and was willing to do whatever it took for us. There were a few mix ups in the middle of the process but Austin filled in while Todd was out and did whatever it took to make us happy. He as well as Todd were very responsive and spent a lot of time with us making it right. We will definitely be going back to Brent Brown because of the experience we had. More
