All of the staff was very friendly, welcoming, professional, prepared, and organized! Josh was my advisor and he was very punctual and professional. To top it off, they went above and beyond by providing a convenience vehicle for me to use that day as well (which was very clean and ready to go upon arrival). My husband and I have said this time and again, we will only buy Toyotas! Best vehicles and clearly the best service when needed! More

My experience with the shuttle service, however, was very negative. I was not picked up for 1 hour and 15 minutes after I asked to be picked up. I had to call back twenty minutes after my first call to get a call back from the driver to acknowledge he was even coming and then he said he had to pick up someone else first. He called later to say he had to take the "gentleman" he picked up back to the dealership first before he could come get me. I fail to understand why that "gentleman's" time was more valuable than mine. I called the service department to register my dissatisfaction and was told I would be called back. I never received any call. In the future I guess I will have to relay on other arrangements when I have my car serviced because the shuttle service does not cut it. More

My tire was low the next day and he offered that I come back as they may have missed something in the checkup/rotation.
