Great experience! We purchased the service plan when we bought the car. I was a little taken back when I went for a lube & oil service & was pressured into purchasing a We purchased the service plan when we bought the car. I was a little taken back when I went for a lube & oil service & was pressured into purchasing a more complete service package for my vehicle for over $500! I did not agree to that & just wanted what my service plan provided. Other than that, it was a great experience. More
