It took just a couple of minutes short of two hours. If I had known it was to be that long I would have adjusted my schedule to accommodate that. Being honest about the time it takes is recommended. They did a fantastic job, and because it was going to take a while, they provided a shuttle serv I took my 2013 Prius in for the 30,000 mile service. They did a fantastic job, and because it was going to take a while, they provided a shuttle service that took me back home for the time the car was being serviced, which gave me the time needed to complete a pressing responsibility that I had at home. When my car was done, the shuttle came back to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Everyone was so great!! More

Service I always go to Brent Brown to service my Scion xB because I want to make my vehicle to last for as long as possible. Where else would be better than the dealership that knows your make and model best. I scheduled my appointment online for the 60K miles maintenance. I received a reminder via text for my scheduled appointment. Jennifer checked me in and provided recommendations for maintenance. There were different service options (good, better, best) for service at a certain mileage. Jennifer also provided the cost for each service. Lofi provided a rental, 2018 Toyota Tundra, while my car was being serviced. The Tundra is AMAZING! Wish I could afford one at the moment, but it was great to use it in the meantime. After my vehicle was completed, Jennifer reviewed what was serviced and its cost. The whole appointment was smooth and easy. Thank you Brent Brown. More

Straight forward and not wasting anyones time! The reason we bought a new 2017 RAV4 LE at Brent Brown Toyota was because of John Jones. He gave us the deal we couldn't refuse and he was straight fo The reason we bought a new 2017 RAV4 LE at Brent Brown Toyota was because of John Jones. He gave us the deal we couldn't refuse and he was straight forward. It took him about 10 minutes to let us know if our desired deal could be done, instead of holding us hostage for 3 hours like other dealerships did. Practically it would not have made any sense not buying the car. Instead of a 6 year old RAV 4 (2011) we drive now a brand new RAV4 and that with a smaller future replacement cost as before.
