We had a flat tire in Provo on the freeway on our new Toyota Highlander just three weeks old. We called roadside assistance to come out and change it. Took it to the dealer I expected to purchase a new tire. Manu after discussing my situation with the service team, they put a new tire on at NC. I couldn't believe it! I was ecstatic! Something I never even thought would happen. I was prepared to pay the $171,00 for a new tire. There are dealerships that care about taking care of their customers. More

Oil change to 2x4 I received a confirmation text for the appt, which was helpful. Then I went to my scheduled appt for the oil change and told Josh about some other thi I received a confirmation text for the appt, which was helpful. Then I went to my scheduled appt for the oil change and told Josh about some other things going on- namely a screeching sound when using cruise control. They looked and turned out I had a 2x4 stuck behind a wheel. They didn't find significant damage from it, so know I'm just on the lookout for abnormalities with the car to see if anything happened. When I got home the car smelled like burnt oil, so I hope just a little was spilled. I'll have to keep a noise open for that. More
