Because I had purchased a prepaid service on one of my vehicles on a previous visit and wasn't quite sure how it worked, Blake took the time (probably three times) to help me understand what I purchased and how to use it to my advantage. Meanwhile, I have always appreciated the way the Service Department handles recommended services by simply passing along the information and allowing me to determine when, where, and how to address things. I don't feel pressured to do or purchase anything I'm not prepared to do when I bring in my vehicle for service. Thanks, everyone! More
