I travel down from Sandy primarily because I have not enjoyed the times I have gone to Karl Malone Toyota, they are not very friendly. The people at Brent Brown are friendly, however, since the previous time I came in for service at your dealership, I have been questioning whether I would be back once my service package that I purchased has completed. On that prior visit I was up-sold an alignment that I didn't need (by Mike Black). My truck was not showing any signs and there was no feeling of a pull to one side. I shared the specs with a mechanic friend of mine and he also felt it was unwarranted. I feel i got deceived so that I could be sold something I didn't need and that is just not good business. It was a very expensive alignment I wish that i would have barked about this sooner, but i figured I would just finish the last service on the package and go elsewhere. I figured I would complete your survey and give you the opportunity to keep me coming back. Final note, John Goodman is fantastic. Clone him. More

Here is the challenge I had w the service... I came in physically last week to schedule this appointment and then I also called customer service prior to the appointment both the real service agent who I originally talked to and the gal on the phone ( I know the girls on the phone don't always know what to ck). But both told me I qualified for one more service when indeed my car did not qualify because I had exceeded that Miles... my problem is not the fact that I didn't get the free service but the fact that I was told I would incorrectly (so that's what I budgeted for). I was just merely an inconvenience to be miscommunicated with, but frustrating, none the less. More
