very professional I have never been to such a well-organized service center before. From the moment I drove in they took care of everything in a very friendly and prof I have never been to such a well-organized service center before. From the moment I drove in they took care of everything in a very friendly and professional way. They even spent some time teaching me how to set up and use all the features of my car. They fixed a very small problem caused by a different non-Toyota service place and did not charge me for it. It was so nice to know I have a place that will take such good care of both me and my car. Red Carpet rolled out for me!! I loved my experience at Brent Brown Toyota; I would breakdown my experience into 3 segments. 1. I had my own test drive person, I've never had that experience with any other dealership. He first drove it and showed me every little thing about the car, from how the inside of the car worked, to how it handled on the road. Than I was able to drive it and see how smooth of a ride it really was. Part 2...I was able to sit down with the salesman Trevor, he wasn't pushy at all, and helped me understand the process of buying the car. Buying a car can sometimes be a little intimidating but I felt really comfortable with him and he answered every question I had about the car and purchasing the car. I know there are a lot of different salesman on the floor but I highly recommend Trevor. The last part of my experience was meeting with the finance guy Nate, he was really nice and friendly as well and helped me answer any concerns I had about the car if I wrecked it or how the warranty worked etc. Anyone thinking about buying a new car or trading there's in for a new Toyota I would highly recommend Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, you will definitely get the Red Carpet Treatment. I give my experience two thumbs up!!! More
Needed my freon recharged I bought my vehicle used just 2 months prior and when it got hot the ac wasn't blowing cold. I took it in and and they ended up adding some freon to get it blowing cold. When I went to pay they covered the cost because they shouldn't have sold me a vehicle that didn't have it's AC working. Answered all my questions efficiently and patiently. I love the oil service package they're selling. It's perfect for me and priced well. I'm definitely sticking with this dealership! More
Broke College Grad with a Brand New Transmission I took my RAV4 in to the dealership after a couple warning lights came on. After running diagnostics, which cost $100, I was told that the transmissio I took my RAV4 in to the dealership after a couple warning lights came on. After running diagnostics, which cost $100, I was told that the transmission would need to be broken down in order to determine the problem. I was quoted an estimate of $5,000-$6,000 which I simply couldn't afford as a recent college graduate. Thomas, my service rep, sent my case to the Toyota Care program which responded saying that they would finance the parts, repair and all labor incurred during the process. I was given a rental car while mine was being repaired and I loved it. All in all, Toyota took such great care of me, and Thomas maintained contact with me throughout the process providing me updates on the repair and advice when it was solicited. Thank you Toyota!
