Very good experience at Brent Brown Car Dealers I came to the dealership, looking for a good used car. I met Stephanie before I had a chance to drive around. I am on oxygen and cannot walk around I came to the dealership, looking for a good used car. I met Stephanie before I had a chance to drive around. I am on oxygen and cannot walk around to see the cars. Stephanie got a golf cart for my convenience, which I greatly appreciated! She pointed out a beautiful car but I knew I wasn't approved for the loan of that much money. So I told her to look for something less expensive. To make a long story short, they dropped the price so I was able to purchase the car. By this time I was getting very tired and Jared hurried the process of the paperwork for me. The 25,000 mile checkup I specifically asked them to align and balance my tires because I had gone over a curb pretty hard. They said they looked at the tires, asked me if it wobbled, but I left a little confused about what they actually did. Because I am not mechanically inclined and because I rely on those who know more than I do, I would like more very specific information on the exact things that they do. More
