Very good...just say couple of things When I got to the dealership (for an oil change) I was unsure of what to do. It was our first time at the dealership. This is our first Toyota. Since we had an appointment we parked and went in and found someone that very nicely told us what to do. A sign letting us know to get in line and a setvice associate would be with us soon would have been nice. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. Eveyone was kind and explained everything very well. Our car was done quickly. Your waiting area was nice. More

I feel like they are very honest and they don't try and tell you there's a bunch of other stuff that needs to be done on your vehicle. They will recommend a few things but they don't push you at all. But most of the time I will do whatever is recommended because a Toyota will run forever if you maintain it well and Brent Brown is the best place to keep up on the maintenance of your Toyota. More

Service Center John Goodman was excellent and got my truck in fast and out on time. He personally changed some bulbs after it was already out of the shop area.
