We bought the car through costco auto program and that part was great. I don't think we ever met Colby. Kyle was good at first and I liked that we wasn't pushy, but he practically ignored us when we went part was great. I don't think we ever met Colby. Kyle was good at first and I liked that we wasn't pushy, but he practically ignored us when we went in to get the car and although we came in with a check from our bank and everything ready we were left sitting alone for almost an hour while Kyle kept going to work with others. The finance guy we met with next was pushy I can't remember his name. We liked the car and the cotco auto program part was great, we just felt that since we weren't going to finance with the dealership or buy extra features or coverage that we weren't given good attention at the end.
