Friendly, caring, willing to "bend over backwards", the service staff truly cares for the customer and the car with no sales pitches or hint of over-servicing. They have earned our trust - we won't let anyone else touch our Toyota. We're saving up to buy another Toyota because the service experience has been so consistently honest and competent in addition to the inherent quality of the vehicle itself. More

He reviewed what services needed to be performed, explained what one of them was, and promised to let me know ahead of time if my car would not be ready by 9:45, so I could make my 10am appointment elsewhere. My car was ready by the time I needed to leave and I felt so well treated. I work in a customer service organization and feel like this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had since the last time I was at the dealership. Thank you! More

Quick solution to a troubling problem Never good to have a car just die on you but the team there at Brent brown did a good job at finding and fixing the problem. They initially told me they would not be able to get to it till possibly the next day but an hour or so later the called me and had found the problem. I was expecting a bad battery pack and we had discussed that as a possibility but it was something else. I don't like dealing with dealerships but Mike has made my experience better More
