I had an appointment for a regular servicing. Dropping off my car went very well. I was offered a shuttle ride home since the service was major and estimated to take 3 hours. At about the 3 hour mark I was called by my service advisor, told my car was finished and he arranged to have the shuttle pick me up and taken back to the dealership.
